About this site

This site presents the private museum and published books of Shaukat Rana Muhammad Rafi, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell any item in the collection.

Copyright

All photographs, documents, book covers and text are the property of Shaukat Rana Muhammad Rafi or his licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or redistribute any of it without written permission. Reproduction licences are issued per use.

Visits

The museum is a private collection. A submitted request is not a confirmed visit — a visit exists only once we have confirmed the date in writing. We may decline a request without giving a reason.

Loans and licences

Loans to institutions and licences for reproduction are governed by a separate written agreement, which these terms do not replace.

Accuracy

We take care with dates, names and captions, but this is a working collection and attributions are sometimes revised as research continues. Tell us if you believe something here is wrong.

Where we link to other sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
